dedicationstolifeblog asked: How can we really start to love and respect ourselves again so everything that is around us becomes a consequence of what we are? How do you think we can really forgive? So we can finally attract good energies and truly change that aspect of our life - what we can also call as negative karma one might have. Have you read "Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estés? It's wonderful - I just started though - and it's so you! I think that's it! hehe

Thank you so much for suggesting that book! It has actually been coming into my field a lot lately, I knew that I had to get it and this message was yet another confirmation!!

There is so much in that question.
In my experience, simple answer is presence!! Be here now! If you aren’t busy living in the past or future, then there is nothing to forgive. My teacher George Falcon would say, “Right now, right here, you are free. So, why doesn’t it look that way?”

The work is internal. You really have to start tuning in and paying close attention to what energies you are attracting and why? What are your triggers? What emotions and feelings come up that you need to acknowledge? What is the universe trying to tell you that you aren’t hearing? Observation and awareness. Just start looking, without judging!

There are three different levels of Karma. Individual, family, society. What are your beliefs and where did they come from? What has shaped the illusion and negative thought forms you have in your life? Was it something you learned when you were a child from your parents? Is it an idea that is just accepted as “normal” in society? If you can start to see where all of your beliefs come from, then you can truly start letting go of everything that doesn’t serve you.

Forgiveness starts with You! If you can forgive and stop judging yourself, then you won’t need to forgive anyone else because you will realize that no one can truly hurt you. Only you can hurt yourself and only you have the power to stop it. Once you start honoring yourself and loving yourself, you will see that your external world will start to look different.

Practice letting go! Ask yourself, “What am I holding on for?”
Another thing George said to me once… A woman he was working with asked him, “Why do I have to practice letting go so much??! And he said, “Well, it seems that you have mastered holding on, so it is time to start practicing letting go, until you get so good at it that you won’t have to practice anymore.”

Just wanted to share this information with all of you regarding the strong planetary action happening this weekend, particularly on Sunday during the Solar Eclipse! It is always good to be conscious and aware of your thoughts and actions during intense times like this because the manifestations are a lot stronger. Manifestations work in both ways, so be mindful of what you are thinking and asking for.

hipster-dancer asked: You're so dull and phony it hurts my eyes to see. Stop with this, just be yourself and people will love you no matter what

You are my shadow and I am your mirror. Look deep into your own reflection and you will find that beneath the darkness there is love. Such is the dance of life.

everpresentblog asked: Hey Baelyn, what does a typical breakfast lunch and dinner look like for you? I have struggled with finding a healthy way of eating and have tried so many diets, probably dont really even know how to listen to my body anymore. I recently did the raw food thing and while it makes me feel energized and cleared up my skin its not very practical and difficult to maintain. It would be awesome to hear what you do because you look fantastic!

Yes! I can share with you what my day to day eating habits are like.

I have received various questions asking me if I am a vegetarian, vegan, or if I eat raw so, I will first start off by saying that I don’t classify myself as anything. I don’t really eat dairy and I eat meat, but very rarely. I find it important to not box myself in to a way of being. I allow myself freedom to listen to my body and do whatever is truly right for me. I have had a long journey of trying many different ways of eating, at a certain point it tends to be very overwhelming. There is so much information out there so, educate yourself and then let go and just flow with what feels good and natural.
For some people it may feel good to eat raw, but some not.
Some people may need meats, and others feel great being vegetarian. There is no ONE way of doing it.
Here is mine…

Early Breakfast:

I have a smoothie almost every single morning. Some mornings if it is chilly out, I will make oatmeal or quinoa. I have posted recipes for both. I will post an updated smoothie recipe soon!

2nd Breakfast/Lunch:

I usually have either…

broccoli/spinach/fennel with either quinoa*/sweet potatoes/or eggs
sometimes I add in avocado
or
big salad with tons of veggies

Green Juice!!! I try to work that in every day

Afternoon snacks: (choose from)

Organic brown rice cakes*
apple with almond butter
carrots
dried mangos
sprouted almonds

Dinner:
veggies with whole grains* and maybe a small salad
or
veggies with wild salmon, halibut, or organic free range Lamb**
(veggies= any type of greens, beets, snap peas, carrots, peppers, squash)

sweet:
dates, dries mulberries, raw chocolate ( Zenbunni is pretty much the only kind of chocolate I eat)

Notes:
*If I make oats or grains for breakfast, then I usually omit them for lunch. I feel like variety and moderation is best. So, if I eat Oats for breakfast, then usually I might have a little quinoa for dinner. If I don’t have a grain in the morning then I work in brown rice, millet, or quinoa later in the day.

**Very important note about my relationship with meat.
If I choose to eat meat, it is only because my body is telling me it needs it. I almost never eat meat twice in one day. Maybe once a week I have fish, and every other week have Lamb. I choose Lamb particularly because of it’s anti inflammatory healing properties. To make it spiritually digestible for me, I always take a moment to bring my awareness to the life of the animal that is being offered to me. I bless it and ask it to nourish me. I release any negative energy that might have caused the animal suffering in its life, and offer myself up so that it may have a human experience through me.

For everyone the journey with food is very different. No one diet could be right for everyone because no two people are exactly alike. Only by tuning in to yourself and listening will you figure out what is right for you.
Always remember…. Patience, love, and forgiveness.
