Thank you!
I love Flea Markets!! I always find great stuff and it is a treasure hunt unlike no other. Anytime I am driving or walking around and see vintage stores I almost always stop and look if I have time. Never know what you will find. For new stuff I love Steve Alan and Opening Ceremony.
Also for vintage The Way we Wore and What Comes Around Goes Around are incredible!
haha, this is so cute :)
I have actually been told that I am a wood nymph from deep in the old growth forests.
yes!
First off thank you!
Our bodies should be treated as our most prized possession. If you take care of it, it will most definitely take care of you. I am very aware of the things I eat. Greens, veggies, and whole grains are very healing for the body. Everyone is different and needs different things. I always recommend cleansing the body out slowly and gently. First by cutting out all processed foods and drinks and then as you progress you can explore juice cleansing. Once you are clean you can start to intuitively eat the things that make you feel the best. It takes a lot of exploring and listening intently to what feels right inside. Cooking at home is really important and getting produce that is fresh and local is another step in the right direction. I also exercise regularly. Yoga or pilates, riding my bike, and boxing are my favorites. Stretching is extremely important as well. :)

Most importantly… Have fun and smile A LOT :)

So many things!! My main focus right now is my vintage store in Santa Monica. It is called beau + aero.
Turning on my ask button. Here we go.
Hope I don’t regret it :0

A few weeks ago B and I jumped on our bikes and took a cruise down to Shutters in Santa Monica for brunch. It was such a beautiful day and so warm out that I broke out my Vintage Levi’s cutoff. As always almost every single thing I have on is vintage or thrifted, except for the denim shirt which is from Gap 1969. The suede two toned oxfords I got in Austin, Texas, which is one of my favorite place to shop for vintage. My rings are antiques from the 40’s that belonged to my grandma :)
Happy Memorial Day. Stay safe.
xx

Chillin at the shop today. Feels like the day is draggin by so slowly. Wearing a little Cherokee dress I found while thrifting the other day. These Frye boots are my new fav. Just got them. They are gonna get better and better. Just gotta wear them obsessively till they are super broken in. Heyoka dropped off these little medicine bags yesterday that are so cute and I snagged an arrowhead cuff from Jess’s Resurrected collection. Tick Tock. Fuck… only 10 mins has passed. :/

At dusk we left to attend a charity dinner for GiveLove and Artists for Peace and Justice. It was at one of our favorite restaurants in Venice called Gjelina. Our good friend Ray from Obsolete was the main sponsor. The space was adorned with all the art from Obsolete and looked ao amazing and lovely. My whole outfit this eve was basically vintage. I just found this long flowy maxi skirt a few days ago and dressed it with a old 1920’s vintage slip top. The camel poncho with faux fur trim came from a vintage dealer by the name of Marie Monsod. That gucci clutch was an old piece of luggage I saved from my mom’s treasure chest. My new Jeffery Campbell are hiding under my skirt. Will have to do another post to highlight them… They are amazing. :)
