I see you
Thanks for all the lovely birthday wishes everyone!! It has been a very interesting one. My phone was misplaced on Friday, the day before my bday, and I woke up Saturday feeling a little sad. Then my Internet was acting funny pretty much all weekend. I was obviously not meant to have any connection to social networking, so I turned inward. I walked down to the beach, jumped in the ocean, and allowed her salt sea to cleanse me. That afternoon, I went to take a dance workshop called Sacred Embodiment. It was all about relationship to others and how we all bring our “single story syndrome” into our meetings with others, which prevents us from actually SEEING the other completely. It felt so good to emote through my body, I left feeling filled up with my own light energy and ready to see that in others. I was reminded this past weekend of how many amazing people I have in my life and felt freshly grateful. I realized that I don’t need phones or computers or even eyes to prove that they are there. I can close my eyes and FEEL the love all around me. It exists in every cell of my body waiting to break free and dance.

Do you have a tattoo? Plans on getting one? :)
I have three tiny ones. Two of them are on the insides of my middle and ring finger, and the third is on my heel. I have so many ideas for different ones I would like to get. There is a part of me that likes how clean and untouched my skin is. When I am naked I feel organic and natural. There aren’t any markings on me that label me or put a certain identity on me.
