meghanangier asked: I read your post "The Divine Feminine" and found it to be an absolutely perfect vocalization of my feelings. But I struggle daily with this concept because I cannot find the line that is drawn between being truly feminine and being the masculine concept of feminine, specifically the concept of beauty. Knowing that the fashion and makeup world is an extremely masculine concept of femininity, where do you find your true femininity, the piece unaffected by the intense pull of a masculine industry?
This is a very important question.
True femininity comes from deep within. Only you know where it lies hidden. When you start to cultivate a loving bond with your true nature as a light being, then the line disappears. You will not place your identity in the projected illusion of beauty and confidence in your Self will grow. That doesn’t mean that you can’t participate in the world of fashion and makeup, but the way in which you participate will be different. You will feel your deep feminine power within and putting on makeup and clothes will become a fun, care free expression with out it dictating your happiness. You won’t need the masculine to tell you that you are beautiful because you will know it without a doubt and with that “knowing” you will carry great power, but your humility will also shine through.
This can take a while to cultivate. Start by observing the attachments and beliefs you hold to be true about your external and internal beauty. What is the difference? Is there a difference? Do you judge yourself or others? Then, ask with all your heart to find your true connection to divine feminine power… slowly it will come. Be patient and loving with yourself always.

The 17 mile drive on the California coast of Monterey is so beautiful!
I am wearing an alpaca wool coat I found at the rose bowl flea market and my favorite Jessica Seaton antler necklace.
Thanks to Gap 1969 for sending me these awesome stretch leggings. They kept me warm and were so comfy.

What a treat spending the day working with my friends.
