"We are sun and moon, dear friend; we are sea and land. It is not our purpose to become each other; it is to recognize each other, to learn to see the other and honor him for what he is: each the other’s opposite and complement."

mmmm, this look so yummy!

It looks like there is:
 hemp seed
 flax seed
 shredded coco
 chia seed
 blackberries
 blueberries

Maybe with a lil’ almond milk at the bottom!
Could even add some pumpkin or sunflower seeds for a touch of savory!

I have recently been studying herbs and plant medicine out in Portland!! Last school weekend, I got to go on a plant ID hike. I saw Stinging Nettles, Lemon Balm, Dragon Root, Dogwood Pacifica, Burdock, Yellow Dock, and many other plant friends that live in the Oregon forest, open to communicating with us and helping us to heal. I am amazed at the abundance provided by Mother Earth and feel really blessed to be awakening my connection to her.
Here is an invitation… If you have access to a place out in nature or even have plants in your neighborhood or backyard, get to know them! Find out what is growing, chances are you have some kind of healing medicine right there available for you. Make it a point to be extremely mindful and respectful. Before trying or picking anything, be sure of what the plant is, whether it is safe and that it is not endangered!

In the jar is some Sun Moon Lake red tea. The other photo is of a stand of Stinging Nettles.

Hope everyone has a lovely week!
