Sugar is sugar, but there are healthier options!! Here are the alternatives I use! Dates are my favorite :)

In smoothies:
dates
vanilla
mesquite
lucuma
honey (also good in dressings)

Baking:
maple syrup (also good in dressings)
sucanat
coconut palm sugar

If you are having major cravings and can’t seem to get enough sweet out of fruits and these healthier options then you may want to look into doing a candida cleanse!
