Jess came to hang with me Friday afternoon bearing an early birthday gift!! I had been swooning over the Protector Amulet necklace she recently made and of course being an awesome girlfriend, she gifted it to me for my bday!! So grateful. The weather in Venice has been just spectacular, so we took a stroll with the pups to eat lunch and catch up. I love my buddy Angus. I actually found this little pup at a Much Love rescue adoption and new immediately that he was Jessie’s lil’ mate. He and Bruce are buds for life!!

Went out for a stroll with the dogs on sunday. The white beauty is Bianca, she belongs to my friend Ashley. I found a yummy old U2 concert tee and my little textile bag. The front of the shirt is so worn out that there isn’t even a graphic on it anymore. Wearing my favorite pair of old baggy farmer jeans. I got them at the santa monica vintage fair last year. My mom keeps asking me why I don’t smile in my photos… I realized today as I was alone taking self portraits that it feels really weird to smile while I am taking photos of myself. I am really trying to concentrate on just getting the right picture that a smile doesn’t come out naturally!!!
